Wilted Wild Garlic



Wild garlic has a very gentle flavour, and is particularly wonderful with chicken dishes (and fish, so I am told). Serving wilted leaves alongside a dish, or as part of the plate arrangement, is both tasty and beautiful!



It's also soooo simple.

  • Allow 50g of thoroughly washed wild garlic per person.
  • Simply blanch in boiling water for around 15 seconds.
  • Drain and then refresh in cold water.
  • Drain again, and serve!
