Bestest brownies
250g butter
200g white chocolate broken into pieces
80g cocoa powder
65g plain flour
360g caster sugar
4 large eggs
- In a bain marie, melt the butter & chocolate together.
- Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl, and in another beat the eggs until pale.
- Mix the eggs into the dry ingredients.
- Add the melted butter and chocolate slowly, stirring all the time.
- Pour into a greased silicone cake tray, and bake for 30-40 minutes until spongy on top but still wobbly.
- Stand for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire tray to cool.
- Once cool, slice into desired sized pieces & store in an airtight container.
